Antispeziesistische Aktion

Antispecism rests on the idea that the systematic classification of an animal is not an appropriate criterion for how it should be treated. From an ethical point of view, it only depends on what a living being can feel and not what kind it belongs to. The representatives of anti-speciesism therefore advocate expanding the rejection of all ontological discrimination and equating speciesism with sexism and racism. As a result, anti-speciesism condemns all practices that cause animal suffering: meat production (the A. is in favor of veganism and strongly opposes industrial factory farming), laboratory tests, hunting, all kinds of animal cruelty
